UCL continue to attract quality associations on the back of Sandpiper which is further encouragement. I like the record he has with development of greenfield phospate projects - knows his stuff. I wonder if he will end up being the JV project manager? We still wait to see what has been negotiated on finalising the joint shareholders agreement.
