Highly speculative calculation assuming 50% payout ratio in steady-state production.
Mining companies are typically at a dividend yield of say 2.5% (for example SBM is at 2.67%).
Calculating from dividend based on 50% payout ratio and 2.5% yield would imply a share price of $0.36.
In terms of dividends and when ... I think after the wet-plant is up and running.
I think we can expect DFS to deliver a better steady-state NPAT. There is so much conservatism in the numbers in the PFS. I think there will be surprise to the upside.
