It was still in commissioning , it never got past that , yes they produced product but in very small quantities , I doubt the design was fit for purpose .
I doubt shareholders will get anything as they get second dibs after those that financed it .
I doubt a class action would get anywhere , as I doubt anything was done illegally but I am not a lawyer so just a layman's opinion from me .
