I took some time off this thread as I was just sick by how much I lost. Is there any discussion or news on a possible class action? I would say the cap raise for increase in production was pretty deceptive and directors should be held liable. In addition the EBTEC performance guaranties was one of the main reason I invested in KLL, if they where worthless I would say that also would entail more explanation.
