jantimont.., I assume you mean their salary is not savable. You say Administrator wants $, well we need to find what $ is owing, before we can determine if shares savable. Based on their cost-cutting promises at Oct 2013 road show, we hope debt isn't too much. Or maybe you meant the directors can't hope to save the shares, while they are directors drawing salary... ie the site on care and maintenance doesn't require costly directors, it requires a manager, possibly a single manager as pointed out by another poster.
