I actually bought some of the BAF LIC shares today as there was no reason for them to fall 10% on the BLA insolvency news.
Whilst it may take some time to play out, the fact that BLA has gone under is I think a positive for BAF as the management agreement that BAF didn't want to give up to Wilsons has just been voided due to insolvency, so the barriers to Wilsons taking over are now presumably reduced or gone.
