Did Lycopodium get paid for their work? Was it ever completed, and/or did Sinosteel take over project management for the DFS?
Even if the Lycopodium work wasn't complete, there would be typical non-disclosure agreements between the contractor and principal that could still be current/enforced, so probably not easy to access that info?
