Interestingly, I would frame it as you invested 3 years too early. Anyone who invests now in the EV sector will make life changing amounts.

This has been on my buy list for 2 years but the fundamentals were never right and you had promises after promises.

I lost a chunk about 5 years ago as a dabbling investor. Taught me a lot, inspired me to study a MBA and be objective when investing. As stated by many, life will go on and use this as a learning opportunity.
What were the signs of failure etc.

From my experience, for miners it's knowing that it's cyclical, explorers are speculative, avoid
with massive debts irrespective of management promises.
