Of course they do have a reported $161,535,000 in Tax Losses as at last reporting date of 31 December 2019 so these will have to be factored into the deal as well I suppose. So that's a lot of ' Future ' profits that PLS won't have to pay going forwards. So what's that around 521 million of future profits .......or half a billion in the hands of a profitable operations......
