This is still probably gonna finish with imminent recapitalisation deal.
Sounds like creditors are forcing SHs hand to take recapitalisation deal consisting of massive dilution under very unfavourable offer (underwritters smell blood).
It seems as: take cents for dollar deal or lose it all in VA sort of move.
