Someone just helpfully reminded me of this S3 type block trade on 15 July - 10.6 million shares transferred between two entities - twelve days before SO4 went into pause/halt/death spiral. I wonder if this points to trading on inside knowledge on or about that date re the true nature of the financial situation. I hope the administrators and the receivers both take a good look at this trade, and any others similar. Class action lawyers will likely want discovery.
