yes it is only 16m . . there are multiple parties that could buy it without battering an eyelid . . but they are smart investors and would not touch it with a barge pole! and the fact they wont tells you what they really think of bud and lifx.

dave has pillaged retail investors over and over for 6 years and then my suspicions are that the whole pfg was either orchestrated at worst or occured through incompetence at best.

they got huge up front money (screwing retail investors) and now got first dibs at picking at the carcas . . lifx will be flogged off for a few dollars with all going to satisfy pfg.

sadly mate . . you will be left with many millions of shares in a worthless company but as others have pointed out there have been more red flags than at a red flag convention . . you just chose to ignore them all.
