The issue is the lack of time to put refinancing in place. DM and RB are too far removed from the process now.
For their holdings to be worth anything going forward, they would have to execute a refi transaction.
As part of that process, their lenders would need to run a DD process and even then, they have to be the top bidder over other offers.
I don't see it happening.
