to all those that held on i am sorry for your losses. DM burned me with earlier phases of BUD and it tought me the most powerful lesson in investing. people make companies as much as products / ideas.

DM was always a dodgy dude and this end point has been inevitable for a long time. so many red flags . . for me the departure of the two independent directors and losing total independence on the BOD should have been a sign for all to flee . . if you have held there will be some huge and costly reflections.

DM should face criminal charges and be barred from ever being a director of aust compnay ever again.
