Hopefully we find out something before the end of the FY. If there is a recapitalisation then shareholders will be diluted substantially. I am trying to think who may be interested in buying this. Holdtight kept spruiking Amazon, maybe they will offer something but I will not be holding my breath.
As for DM, in my opinion there is no way that he should be involved in this business ever again. His holding is less than 4% and if a recapitalisation occurs that will drop substantially. He is now a minor player.
