    If someone offered $100M for Openpay, do you reckon the directors would sell this business now? 100%.
    Or what about $25M for 25% ownership? They'd take this any day of the week
    What about $40M for 51% ownership? I'd reckon they'd take that as well.
    Everything is setup, the platform is scalable, the customers are there, decisions need to be made fast or Openpay will cease to exist.

    If I was Sezzle or Square, this acquisition opportunity is a once in a lifetime distressed asset. There are signs of profitability, just not by June 2023. Operating costs are significantly lower and revenue is growing well. They just need more time. OpyPro is also thriving and there is plenty of add-ons in that space.

    Meydan is still a shareholder and a debtholder and he'll be keen to find a solution to salvage his investment. The worst scenario is delisting and shareholders getting zero. This can be prevented with skilled dealings. They could have launched in the US, but were negligent to let this opportunity pass.
