I think we're going fast into predatorial territory... Someone, including Meydan, could make a distressed bid. But it's not worth much, and going down quickly as the brand value goes away. The OP Fiduciary guys are in control as debt holder and will likely not accept anything but a small haircut to $25mio. I think this is the maximum price for the whole business. But against that, if negotiations take too long, the customers will go away quickly and the business will be worth zero by the end of this week.
