An EOI for all assets closed a few weeks or so ago. My understanding (I am hearing this 2nd or 3rd hand) is that there were several interested parties but I don't know what the outcome is. Also was told that the Receivers had the deadline for the 2nd creditors meeting extended until September some time, so we wont be hearing anything concrete until those minutes are published. The reason for the extension request was to allow the Administrators time to conduct an effective asset sale campaign and assessment of any offers received.

So based on this info I would say nothing has been sold yet, but it is in the pipelines and we as shareholders are the last to be told anything which is normal for a company in receivership.

I've heard nothing regarding the class action except the call for funding. ho hum
