    If a company goes into a dministration it's over,finished.
    If the receivers want to sell or recapitalize they think there is still a company worth saving,under, different management,with the financial situation restructured.
    They can also investigate any directors or board members for wrongdoing.
    Hopefully they will start with Karl.
