I just read the announcement more slowly and I can now see that it is a consultancy role, not a fulltime company position and it is therefore probably not going to cost the company much at all.
Also I read the recent ASX release which would suggest that where projects are generated by Rob both his company and Inca have a share of the project, so have you thought that him holding a small share of any generated project might also cover some of the payments you are worried about.
