Psc is close to CBD, I guess it should minimize spending on the followings:
1. Camps
2. infra.
3. Utilities
4. Mobilizations
5. Engineering (being done by African consultant)
6. Labor

This plant model was extracted from TAW's ann which doesn't look complicated... So our capex wouldn't be too far off...
