Having someone with experience closing deals with very big tech/electronic names and who is a member of the Silicon Valley Executive Network will be more familiar to our US friends across the pond.

Speaking to some of my corporate mates (who hold BRN too) before, they all said we wouldn't get a big name CEO. They come in when growth of a company is maturing with more competition and that is much harder than coming onto a growth prospect in which the product and the 4Ps of marketing are basically in place for lift off. They were right.
Market was expecting too much, but this is a great appointment which will excite our US market / investors and partners.
