If you have an interest in statistics you would know that to create more relevance you would need a counter-position to determine outcome and overall importance, i.e. had HC an option for 'down-vote' it would provide a much more accurate picture of where this announcement stands. For example, 250 upvotes and 1000 downvotes is less appreciated by the shareholders than say another announcement that has 150 upvotes and 50 downvotes. Lets open our lens without preaching
