Non-disclosure agreements don't mean the company doesn't still have the obligation of disclosure to the market. They still need to announce the signings but leave out the name to the company itself. Happens all the time with other companies. Say for example they sign the major air line they are negotiating/trial with. All they need to do is say they have finished negotiation/trial and now the major air line has moved to a paying customer.
