re: Ann: Appointment of Senior Exploration Ma... looks like a very good hand to have on board. should provide some much needed support for Randall. looks like it will now be much easier now to work up a detailed resource review in a shorter period of time.

after the new chap has got his feet under the desk i would really like to see an announcement about the indicative work programme for their exploration and development activities, including a targeted JORC date. I think that that sort of information would really give the shareholders and market some really handy assistance and provide some context as to where CGM is heading and timeframes to arrive.

certainly we can't expect all the results in 1 day. these things take time. however good communication from the company and a timeline would be of massive benefit.
