My take is as follows ....
Richard (the Lion Heart) who was the miraculous hero pulling GCY out of the quagmire operationally speaking,
has now taken the sword for the inept Board of GCY,
and now in steps a new savior SIMON whose goal appears to scour the district for better grade feed ore for the Mill than can be immediately sourced from within the new GCY tenements.
Well not much of a plan yet but i can see where they now appear to be coming from.
