    Wow, what a great BOD recruit - is there a more distinguished capable BOD in any company operating in PNG? Being an island with relatively few residents, while not fully insulating from mainland politics, offers some distinct advantages, and with a new MD with an outstanding record of operating such an island mine, the setup for a very successful long life mine is complete .... except for the finance deal, which surely should be sooner than later.
    Post securing of finance, and aided by new all time high US$ gold price, GPR's SP should double within 6 months.
    Logically, acquiring the WGP would make great sense to SBM, and they would have no trouble with finance>
