Looks like I was right with the "high profile name", and he is going to "assist with the upcoming fund raising".

On another matter - the EL 1093 renewal - looking at PNG Mining Cadastre Portal site the latest status is "Pending Renewal - Hearing Scheduled"

The two applications (1883 and 1884), in the name of subsidiaries Positive Developments Limited, are noted as "Application - Assessment Complete"
