Yes. We absolutely could do so. The divestment and CR does not have to come at the same time, and we would have been able to either sell the released shared at a higher rate or alternatively launched a CR at 8 cent if the SP was as we all expected after the divestment. Your constant defending of greedy and stupid actions makes no sense what so ever, but I respect your opinion as the main cheerleader.
Regarding twiddling fingers. What do you feel like we are doing now? How many minor share holders have been burned who could have gotten a decent profitable exit. I can take the loss fortunately or wait it out if need be. RRE is paying HHR for completing Phase 1 irrespectively, and if HHR cannot make funding at some of the best conditions for nat gas in the UK in a decade then it speaks volumes.
