I understand your statement but to borrow what we needed to from a financial institution would have been near impossible as they had NO assets apart from possible gas fields and had a slight hicup history with two other basically failed starts but this is well run and set and to borrow the last few dollars is peanuts but I see Shell jumping on board for sure but NO guarentee
