Nice pick up. I hadnt noticed that regards Phase 1 only, divestment.

Re current SP, the company is probably, right now, at its point of most risk: Waiting on 1) NSTA approval, 2) waiting on debt funding, and 3) waiting on new licences.

These are all binary outcomes and using an entrepeneur's logic, "something from left field will almost certainly come in to stuff things up at some stage whilst getting to the end goal", perhaps some investors are taking a cautious approach in case one of these matters is delayed for some reason.

Overlay that with gas price volatility (Russia, weather, LNG prices etc), and political and fiscal risk, not to mention a summer or seasonal lull in gas news AND overall market risk (recession and interest rates), I can see why some would want to sell a few or hold off buying in the short term.

I should add, though, that IF it all happens as we hope, there is extremely good upside potential.
