RRE got 60% of the full license e.g. phase 1,2 and 3. The potential new divestment would relate to only phase 1 if no other financing is available.
Let's see if RRE allow a new player or whether they bail HHR out. Worst case HHR sells phase 2 and 3 to fund phase 1 and then move on.
