Its not price sensitive for a reason. Its a nothing announcement. Its not like he is an employee of the company, he is getting paid on contract to look for finance. If he finds or doesn't find finance, he will still be paid. Just an bleed on company finance, and relying on past reputation. I hope he finds finance, not holding my breath.
