4) Probably yes. Which kind of decoy we can speculate.
5) Yes, it needs urgently. Take your own conclusions with the acts of the board regarding the funding. You might not like them.
Regarding the positives, I agree with all of them. Gino having shares, however, means nothing. If he has done this once, there is nothing to stop him to do it twice.
