we can't raise enough capital to pay Board fees without our Board taking a massive pay cut, just a maximum of 10% of issued shares. Perhaps this potentially explains the trading yesterday, small volume pushing the price up tenths of a cent, perhaps it's an attempt to raise the VWAP for a capital raise in the not too distant future. It won't make a difference to our exploration capability but could give an extra hundred grand to our Board to pay their own wages I suppose. Guess there's not much chance of those rebates being paid soon, or perhaps at all. The ASX has a responsibility to act, not just over our financial situation but over the disclosure breaches, particularly surrounding the details of the legal challenge to Cancet and that it apparently covers the actual lithium deposit already extensively drilled on the wider property.
