My guess is that there is a long standing business relationship between them and Moran as indicated by the fact one wad previously announced as a TD of iCobalt in 2017 and then as an employee of Moran's Zinciferous when they tried to flog a lithium carbonate plant off to investors to float that company on the ASX. Zinciferous doesn't appear to have been successful imo as nothing further has been published about it. Therefore my guess is that they needed a retainer from somewhere and Moran has slipped them onto the Board of MTC while it's taking it's last gasps, and they're hoping for a miracle. Either MTC'S rebate or more of other people's capital to pay their wages. Thats my theory
