If there's any chance of being able to pay their $750 per week I'm sure our very likely to be incoming administrators will tell us shortly Patience. All we need is for one of the legal claims against the company to be awarded against us and the Quebec Government to knock back our rebate claims, or drag the audit out for a few more months and we're cooked. We can't raise enough capital without a meeting to vote on at least a 50% dilution of existing shareholdings just to survive the next quarter and pay outstanding bills. A 10% dilution will give a maximum $140k. Are we waiting to be put into administration before we call a meeting to spill the Board and conduct our own investigations? Can we even do that while in administration? We need those consulting fees to related parties refunded, there was no oversight and our Directors do not posess the geological qualifications I would consider appropriate to be consulting to mineral exploration companies. It is in my opinion grossly inappropriate to be paying our Director's private companies exorbitant consulting fees from capital we raised to conduct exploration.
