Imo , if investors were offered 20c i would think the majority would take it, Troy could allocate his funds else ware, pretty sure his under water at present price.
Range was said to be worth $90m 12c p/s to CTP. The company cannot keep trying to survive by looking for jv continuously, the market does not recognize the company in its present form, hence the strategic r/v.
