But more to the point ..appointing the CFO to the Board is obviously a defensive move to shore up their position. What knowledge will he bring to the Board that they cannot get now by simply asking him as an employee??
This move is only going to cost the company more in Directors Fees and who knows how many more free options for their loyalty??
Anyway I feel it all may be in vain with Uncle Clive knocking loudly on the door!!
