So you are saying the three members have plans, and they want to ensure their plans do not get toss out by the incoming rebels.
IMO, they are having this fear because the rebels are running on a 3P platform - no policy, no plans and no promises. If the existing members and the rebels share the same goals then the issue does not arise. So, maybe the Board knows something we mushrooms do not know.
