A little presumptuous isn't it? Just because 5% of the shareholders have asked for a vote to decide IF the current board members should be removed does not mean that the current board members terms are "coming to an end". So why would the

Why do people keep bringin this up as if its some kind of shock? whenever an employee is terminated of course they no longer keep security access to the office. Its just basic HR policy.
