Absolutely disgusting troughsnoutery on behalf of the CTP board. CTP does not need 6 directors- they even say that on their website!!! CTP needs three completely independent directors, four at the most. This stinks as bad as the machinations of our current federal government. So that's a big "no" vote from me for all resolutions coming from the existing board- options, new directors, retirement of JH. Personally I think JH should have a role, but whether that is as CEO (only) or Independent Director (Only) I am undecided.
