    Proof that the Downers have nfi what is going on... NOR = coming out of the primordial ooze and forming a real company.... ie out of dev and into commercialization stage... = Big SP gains in ST...

    Some only see what others want them to see... sellers have been played imo...

    Still time though as don't expect this to move until deals done.
