I'm guessing it's price sensitive because he represents a critical variable that assists (not guarantees) the process of successfully managing the DoD grants application process.
Dont forget, the ASX approves the price sensitive categorisation of the announcement. So whatever the reasoning that MTM supplied in its notification of the announcement, the ASX clearly agrees.
