I wouldn't say this is what we've been waiting for....
This announcement is positive, it provides a further update to the market on what is happening behind the scenes.

We've now confirmed the OOH link (wasn't hard to figure that out) but now we need hard numbers.

Unfortunately this announcement doesn't confirm any numbers of agreements. OOH is tendering to the UK government, they haven't been awarded anything as of yet.

You would think this would help establish a base in the SP but I don't see this rocketing the SP

The announcement was written well however, so more positive steps in the right direction.
