Holista Colltech Limited (“HCT”, “Holista” refers to its announcements of 19 March 2020, 9 April 2020 and 20 April 2020 and is pleased to announce the appointment of OOH Medical Ltd (“OOH Medical” as exclusive distributor for the Natshield™ sanitiser products for the United Kingdom for an initial term of 3 years, with minimum orders for the first year to be negotiated in the coming weeks.

OOH Medical, shares common equity shareholders with Health Therapies LLC (“Health Therapies”, our exclusive distributor of Natshield™ for the United States. Headquartered in Milton Keynes in the U.K., OOH Medical is led by CEO Imraan Ladak with a senior management team with over 20 years’ experience in the healthcare sector including providing medical supplies and services to the U.K. National Health Service (“NHS”. OOH Medical has submitted an official tender application to supply Natshield™ to the U.K. Government.

Pending formal approval of this application it will be conducting market research, test advertising and marketing to create and oversee promotional campaigns. OOH Medical expects to receive registration of Natshield™ from Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency, (MHRA) in the UK by July 2020.

With the registration and confirmation of all relevant legal and compliance procedures, OOH Medical will be able to market all Natshield™ products through their distribution channelsin the U.K., including the NHS, e-commerce, health stores and pharmacies. OOH Medical intends to distribute Natshield™ products including a hand sanitiser and – upon commercialisation – a nasal sanitising balm on which Holista is currently conducting research and development.

The appointment of OOH Medical, follows Holista’s announcement (20 April 2020) that Path-Away® – an active ingredient used in Natshield™ – has been tested by a leading U.K. bio-safety laboratory to be more than 99.99% effective against the feline coronavirus, a surrogate of the COVID-19 novel coronavirus. Path-Away®, which is plant-based and chemical-free, had already been proven to be effective as a sanitiser against a broad range of viruses, bacteria and fungi.

Upon registration of Natshield™ in the U.K. Holista will update the order size from OOH Medical and the plans to bottle hand sanitisers in the U.K. This announcement has been approved for release by the Holista Board of Directors.
