"Yep, no worries we'll lend ya some money. How much collateral does RLT have?"
None, we've got enough to last us till the end of this quarter.
"Hmmm, now that's a problem?"
We'll put our shares up as collateral.
"Ok, we'll lend you $$$(why have RLT not disclosed the amount??) but you need to put ya shares on the line"
That's how I read it - maybe someone here could volunteer an alternative scenario.
