    I dont know how to send a private message on here, and am a bit reluctant to post my personal email address.
    I might contact the fund directly, although I doubt they will be forthcoming to a non- member.
    I might be able to find a published report somewhere.
    The reason I ask , is that a lot of TP valuations are both based upon a best case scenario ( even though they claim to be conservative), and are published by firms with a vested interest.
