I think current shareholders will get screwed. Like having put all your money in a Pokie machine only to run out and watch the next person get the special features...

If the above 'best case' option does come to fruition I would really hope that the board, CD etc (minus RM?) would lose their claim to shares having run this pony into the ground. Minimal revenue and $13 mill in effectively undisclosed liabilities

Wait and see I guess but what's the point... this company was meant to have first mover advantage.
