As I understand it directors are "exempt" employees and only get $2000 compensation as unsecured creditors if they served as directors within the last 12 months. I assume this would mean that CD and his cronies will be down the ranking list and as such will be unlikely to get their termination payments (and possible unpaid salary) unless they have already been paid - we shall see
